YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT As an Administrative Assistant at Families Forward, you're an essential member of our team, ensuring smooth operations and providing critical support. Running reports in Fedcap CARES, you skillfully plan your day's tasks to optimize efficiency. Answering calls with a smile, you expertly assist callers and schedule participants for appointments with our dedicated staff. Your attention to detail shines as you collect and time stamp important documentation, ensuring our records are accurate. Meticulously maintaining the reception area, you guarantee it's always covered and phones are answered promptly. You make sure to mail outreach letters to participants who have missed activities and keep them engaged with reminder phone calls. Your organizational prowess makes you perfect for this role!
