  • Prepare and maintain the office schedule and a wide variety of division files
  • Resolve or redirect issues as appropriate
  • Demonstrated Knowledge of Social Media and Marketing preferred Preferred Qualifications The successful candidate will show evidence of the ability to:
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with students, faculty & staff and other stakeholders important to the college Special Assignments May be required to perform other duties as assigned.   • Serve as the point of resource for clients in the trades and contractor areas
  • Use a personal computer, Microsoft Office software and other automated office equipment
  • Conduct market research through SBDC Research Software, as well as, through the internet for clients
  • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing including proper use of grammar, spelling, punctuation, editing and proof reading
  • Provide professional administrative support and excellent customer service for the office
