Job Description

Our client, a global media company, is looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their Ad Sales department on site in New York, NY. (This role will require 3 days a week on site!)


This role is a 6 month contract with the possibility for extension or conversion and pays $25/hour.


Responsibilities

  • Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
  • Ensure file organization based on office protocol
  • Keep schedules and calendars as assigned.
  • Establish strong relationships and act as a liaison with agency counterparts and departments.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Previous entertainment experience a plus.
