Job Description

Grant Venues (Port 393 & Ivy House) are looking for an individual to help the owners and upper level management in day to day operations. There is room in this position to grow into another role at the copy or further within the administrative position. This position does include some Human Resource aspects, experience in this area is a bonus!


Ideally, we are looking for a team player, who is looking for a fulfilling workplace, that thrives in environments that are constantly evolving and elevating. The main task of the Administrative Specialist is to increase productivity for management team.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong Computer Skills (Google Suite, Typing etc)
  • Experience training others
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Experience with Human Resources & Administrative departments
  • Strong Written & Verbal Skills


ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

  • Organizes, prints, prepares all paperwork for reviews and training sessions
  • Responsible for executing in-house events (marketing, decorating, planning etc
  • Directly assists Owners & Director in day to day operations
  • Management of catering vendors
  • Responsible for researching & proposal projects for our growing company
  • Handles all New Employee Documentation & Paperwork
  • Answering leads, phone calls and messages
  • Manages vendor inquires
  • Manages calendars reflective of reviews, trainings and other personnel events year round
  • Participates in meetings with Clients



Position: Full-time, Part-time (in person)


Starting Hourly: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

*As stated above there is room for growth

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8 hour shift


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Holland, MI & Saugatuck, MI: Reliably commute to work and between venues


Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
