- Assists with the planning, organization, and/or implementation of program-related activities and agency-wide events
- Performs other related tasks such as organizing and duplicating materials, filing, editing documents/presentations, report writing, and opening/purging of client case files
- Performs data entry of client case files into HUD-approved web-based systems
- Assists with data collection and may be responsible for creating and/or maintaining databases
- Answers phones, responds to inquiries, and triages calls to appropriate staff
- May drive agency or personal vehicle on company business
- Provides administrative and clerical support to Housing Family Services programs, including Housing and Urban Development (HUD)-funded initiatives
- Conducts intake assessments with prospective clients and assists clients with initial paperwork
- Address clients with dignity and respect
- Adhere to expectations of required mandatory in-services / certifications / licensures

Swanton Welding Company is seeking an Installer that is proactive, energetic, and a team player that thrives in a manufacturing environment. The position is based out of the Swanton, Ohio location and the hours are Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 4:00pm.
- 1 year of administrative or related experience
- Conduct self at all times in a way that promotes a positive image of the Swanton Welding and follows the code of conduct
- Plans details of work order procedures; gathers required tools and materials based on instructions and specifications provided for the job.
- Respect and protect Swanton Welding's and third party's property (tools, vehicles, facilities, equipment) and business activities
- Follows safety protocol, including wearing heat resistant gloves, flame resistant (FR) clothing, protective masks, and safety toed footwear.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Shop Supervisor
- Visually inspect quality and use other quality inspection equipment to confirm compliance to part specifications.
- Operates drills, air tools, power tools and cranes to install truck beds and axles.
- Understand the safety features of the machines and tooling to ensure they are operating without compromise to safety systems.
- Maintains, organizes, and cleans equipment and work area
- Ability to read blue prints and understand a set of work instructions.
- Strong mechanical abilities
- Fast learner and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge on how to operate drills, air tools, power tools and cranes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A work history that supports a good to excellent attendance record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Welding experience desired
- Detail oriented approach to daily work activities
- A work history of compliance to safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Experience working with wrenches and impact tools (i.e. auto mechanic skills)
- Ability to read a tape measure and understand mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions).
- Able to work well in a team-oriented work environment
- Experience working with cars, trucks or semis
- Ability to read, interpret and understand Work Orders.
- At least 2 years' of mechanical experience
- Walking, Standing, Sitting Kneeling, Stooping (Frequently)
- Temperatures (Occasionally)
- Lifting, Carrying up to 50 pounds (Occasionally)
- May require overtime with little notice before or after normal work hours or weekends.
