Responsibilities
- Preparing, processing, and tracking expense reports; staying current and
- Supporting a team of Analysts and Associates with project focused tasks
- Arranging domestic and international travel, staying current and knowledgeable on all Travel policies, procedures, and changes
- Ensuring data integrity with accurate Salesforce entries and continuous data clean ups
- Occasional support for off-site meetings
- Covering other assistants’ desk during scheduled and unscheduled vacation, leave, etc.
- High school diploma or education equivalent required
- 3+ years of work experience, preferably administrative experience in the financial industry
- Solid adaptability and team working capability
- Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented, problem solving, self-starter
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a results-driven environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
