Job Responsibilities

• Duties includes plans, coordinates and directly supervises various special projects/programs and activities as directed by the associate warden.
• Serves as the principal administrative assistant to the associate warden for programs/support service and standardized administrative act serves as the principal administrative associate warden in performing a WI warden for programs/support service tasks.

Must successfully complete eight (8) week SCDC Basic Training upon hire.

Minimum And Additional Requirements
State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor' degree may be substituted for the related work experience. (or an acceptable equivalency as approved by the Division of State Human Resources).
SCDC Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of clerical experience or associate degree in secretarial science or related field and five (5) years of responsible clerical or administrative experience.
