Job Description
Job Responsibilities


Under general supervision, serves as administrative support to the administrator of Social Work, Psychology and Counselors Boards such as processing initial and renewal applications for licensure by exam and endorsement as well as process credential upgrades. Maintains applicant correspondence and data entry for licensure completion. Sends correspondence as appropriate.


Assists in preparing for board meetings including agendas and hearing materials. Assists with processing FOIA requests and preparing travel documents. Orders supplies. Updates the Agency's website and reviews the website for accuracy on a regular basis.


Serve as the record retention liaison for these boards and coordinates with Archives to adhere to retention schedules. Perform other duties as required.


Minimum And Additional Requirements


A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience.


Preferred Requirements: A high school diploma and three (3) years of Administrative experience or experience that is directly related the area of employment.


Preferred Qualifications


Position works in an office environment with extended periods of sitting. May be required to lift, carry or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
