Summary

  • Looking for someone who has a customer-centric attitude and mindset.
  • The dress code is business casual.
  • Responsibilities include front desk/administrative, switchboard and answering, fielding phone calls, booking conference rooms, some hospitality - restocking kitchen and break room supplies, ordering lunches for site teams as requested.
  • There are two sites to cover but they are within 10 minutes of each other, and we usually split the day across both sites.
  • Usually no more lifting than 35lbs. They will NOT be operating Ricoh vehicles. There are two Infosys sites within 10 minutes of each other and half day split across both sites.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Provides exceptional support and service related support to clerical and administrative duties through all mediums including correspondence, presentations, manuals, newsletters, meetings company activities, etc.


Job Duties And Responsibilities


Under immediate supervision provides general administrative support including:


  • Updates calendars.
  • Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
  • Uses and coordinates maintenance for local office equipment.
  • Serves as Scribe for meetings as needed.
  • Creates and maintains departmental filing systems.
  • Cross-trains and learns other responsibilities within the team and provides assistance as needed.
  • Coordinates logistics for meetings, net meetings and conference calls: location, communication, resources, etc.
  • Answers telephone lines.
  • Create, proofs, revises and edits written material as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Handless internal and external correspondence.
  • Maintains department logs, reports, and/or data entry for functional databases.
  • Makes travel arrangements.


Minimum Qualifications


Typically Required:


  • Minimal physical effort required.
  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Work assignments are diversified. Interpret, comprehend and apply complex material, data and instruction prepare, provide and convey diversified information.
  • Typically, an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal temperature range and noise level.
  • Good writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Moderate dexterity regular application of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination .
  • Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically with less than 10 lbs. (e.g., papers, books, files and small parts, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Requires 1-3 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Good PC skills (Microsoft Office)
