Job Description
Darby Doors, a Division of USLBM, is seeking an Admin Assistant to join our Install department at our Florence, AL location!

Administrative Assistant Essential Duties


Work Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM,


  • Review discrepancy on acknowledgments and/or invoices
  • Creating and approving purchase orders
  • Process installer invoices
  • Process customer payment
  • Set up jobs and contracts
  • Create purchase orders


Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities


  • 1+ years of Customer service and/or administrative experience preferred
  • Able to handle multiple tasks, including answering phones, filing, data entry and secretarial tasks
  • Qualities: self-motivated and reliable
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
