About Our Client
Our client is a large-scale general contractor based in Birmingham, Alabama. Very strong reputation in the Alabama market due to low turnover, an extremely strong pipeline, and outstanding company culture.

• Assist Superintendent and Project Manager in the timely completion of projects
• Additional responsibilities included
• Complete RFIs and submittals for projects
• Attend project management and owner meetings
• Occasionally help with pre-construction initiatives
• Assist in the oversight of design, manufacture, and construction with their major clients
• Visit project site regularly

The Successful Applicant

• Construction related degree
• On-site and project management experience preferred
• Coachable
• 3+ years' experience in commercial construction

What's on Offer
Base salary ranging from $75,000 - $95,000 depending on experience
