Admin Assistant I

Summary:

Our client, an industry leader within logistic solutions, is searching for an Admin Assistant to join their team. Our client is known for fostering a great culture, opportunities for growth and development, as well as a team-oriented environment. The Admin Assistant will be responsible for coordinating travel itineraries, arranging events and meetings, and maintaining follow-up activities.

Opportunity:

  • $21.50/hr
  • Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Communication across many departments and teams to ensure knowledge of activities.
  • Plan and coordinate travel itineraries while processing expenses and managing schedules.
  • Arranging meetings, internal and external events, while maintaining follow-up tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience in administrative support and event/travel management.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative on tasks while meeting deadlines.
