Overview
- Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy
- Administer specific applications/time bound processes an accurate and timely manner
- Provide dedicated administrative support in a professional, confidential, and organized manner
- Maintain elevated level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential material daily
- Monitor email and proactively respond to and/or coordinate issues when possible
- Maintain and update distribution and contact lists
- Work on special projects as necessary
- Capable of creating customized actionable market reports using pivot tables, advanced formulas, or macros
- Daily interaction with all Functional Teams
- Ability to work proficiently and calmly under pressure situations
- Maintain calendars and schedule both on and off-site meetings
- Ability to manage multiple changing priorities simultaneously ¡n sometimes challenging situations and keeping management involved as needed
- Willingness to learn and take on projects
- Demonstrate tact, highest integrity, maturity, professionalism, and respect for others, both internally (Functional Teams) and externally.
- Must be strong collaborator and assist other department staff when necessary
- Drive Future Success: Support Management to provide more time with front line

- The expected compensation range for this position is between $36,300 - $57,950 based on a full-time schedule
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- 2+ years’ experience Admin Support Consumer Goods Company
- Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills — Discretion with sensitive information
- Proficient in meeting planning, scheduling, and managing T&E
- Detailed knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite with emphasis on Power Point Presentations and Teams
- Familiar with understanding financial reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Requires creative thinking and critical thinking skills
- Prior experience supporting Director level and above
- Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking - Keen sense of urgency
