Job Brief
- Scheduling meetings and events.
- Assist event staff with special projects.
- Answer phones, greet, direct and assist visitors appropriately.
- Documenting payments and deposits that are made for events.
- Maintain petty cash fund and bar fund.
- Prepare cash bags for all events with bar sales.
- Provide receipts/deposit copies to accounting.
- Maintain the stock levels for office supplies and purchase items when needed for recreation staff.
- Monitor PERA email accounts.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience handling money.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as office coordinator.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients.
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and functions at the same time.
- Strong Organizational skills.
- Sick & vacation.
- Full medical, dental, and vision.
- 401K with employer contribution match.
- Starting Salary DOE Ranges from $19 – 21/hr.
