Summary
In this role, you will lead the functionality of the collections process.
Responsibilities

• Look to continuously work through collections backlog and eliminate possible write offs.
• Manage established collection processes and procedures for IOS.
• Provide updates to key stakeholders, including National Account Managers and Director of Client Services.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience required.
• Knowledge of system implementation preferred.
• Health care experience a plus.
• Experience managing large system, security, and platform upgrades desired.
• Relevant degree preferred.
• Accounts receivable/collections experience required.

$51,900.00 - $75,150.00
