Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper Jobs

Inclusively is partnering with a leading insurance software company to hire an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper. **Please note: this role is NOT an internal position with Inclusively but with the partner company.**

We are currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper to become an essential member of our accounting team. In this role, you will be processing accounts receivable related activity while following established policies and procedures. It is a hybrid role which will involve mainly working from home. There will be the occasional occurrence that in office presence is requested for collaboration and teambuilding.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborating and working with the accounts receivable team including the team manager
• Communicating and following up with customers
• Reconciling customer payment activity to bank deposits
• Assist in special projects as needed
• Applying customer payments to appropriate trade receivables in accounting system
• Reviewing accounts receivable aging

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree (desired) or Associate’s Degree in accounting or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of practical accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Understanding of core concepts related to collections including accounts receivable, cash application, customer communication, and management
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and other Microsoft products
