Accounts Payable Processor Jobs

Must Haves

• Strong Attention to Detail
• 2 years of recent full-cycle accounts payable experience or Expense Reimbursement Experience (Billing/Disbursement processing)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• High school diploma or equivalent

Plusses

• Non-profit/ Grant accounting experience
• Bachelor’s Degree

Day to Day

This position will provide the review of invoices/disbursements and determines if payment can be granted to parents/providers for The Education Savings Account Programs. This position will provide support for the Purchase Assistance Request Program, to ensure that requests are processed in a timely matter.

• Reviews duplicate invoices in the internal processing system, and research to ensure that the invoice was not previously entered.
• Reviews the invoices/disbursements (around 80-100 per day) to determine what level of approval is needed and determines if the submission can be paid based on the statute provisions.
• Ensures proper documentation accompanies the invoices/disbursement for audit purposes for both standard invoices/disbursements.
