Project Assignments
  • Testing post integration to ensure successful integration.
  • Sales tax System Integrations
    • Project management of integrations of company billings & third-party systems
    • Testing post integration to ensure successful integration.
    • Liaise with company & group president to ensure alignment & report status.
  • Liaise with company & group president to ensure alignment & report status.
  • Liaise with companies/customers to obtain missing certificates.
  • Update / validate information to match W-9
  • Ad hoc projects as requested
  • Design & implement process to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Sales & Use tax compliance
    • Load exception certificates to Onesource
    • Audit certificates vs billings to identify missing certifications.
    • Liaise with companies/customers to obtain missing certificates.
    • Design & implement process to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Vendor file management
    • Identify duplicate accounts & consolidate.
    • Update / validate information to match W-9
  • Identify duplicate accounts & consolidate.
  • Load exception certificates to Onesource
  • Audit certificates vs billings to identify missing certifications.
  • Project management of integrations of company billings & third-party systems
Experience:
Education/Certifications:
  • MBA, CPA, a Plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Accounting Information Systems
