EatStreet is seeking an Accounting and Finance Intern to assist EatStreet's full-time accounting and finance team in coordinating payments to restaurants, communicating with customers, and maintaining the company’s financial records.

You will work approximately 15 hours per week. This role is fully remote and your hours can be flexible within a Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm schedule.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Resolving and communicating payment issues with customers and restaurants
  • Managing Accounts Payable and restaurant accounts
  • Running financial reports and recording journal entries
  • Coordinating weekly and monthly payments to restaurants
  • Updating and maintaining company financial records

What We Expect You to Bring to the Table
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Keen eye for detail and high level of accuracy
  • Enrollment in an undergraduate program with a focus in Accounting or Finance preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and meet instructed deadlines on each shift
  • Ability to self-manage and work independently
