Account Manager Jobs

We are working with our client Franklin Printing, based out of Farmington, Maine, in seeking an Account Manager to build and develop customer relationships and sales in Southern Maine. This is a remote position with the ability to work from home. Candidates must reside in Maine.

Requirements of the Account Manager:

• Passion and proficiency with CRM systems and technology
• Ability to travel and valid driver’s license
• Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships
• Success-driven and results-oriented
• Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience managing a territory in a B2B environment

Responsibilities of the Account Manager:

• Maintain database of current and prospective customers
• Work collaboratively with dedicated customer service rep
• Use the consultative process to discover and provide customer solutions
• Utilize an empathy-based sales approach to maintain and service existing customer-base
• Attend community marketing and networking events
• Creatively prospect new customers from Auburn to York County
