InfraHire is looking for an Account Manager in Piscataway, NJ.
Account Manager is an exciting and highly collaborative position that offers the opportunity to work closely with our clients from a variety of industries and with our internal teams in Design, Production, and Field Installations. Our account managers oversee projects, serve as expert consultants to our clients, and manage the efficient flow of communication across project teams.
Responsibilities
Management of assigned accounts consisting of project coordination and client consultation
Communicate directly with clients from project inception to completion and beyond
Ensure our customer service standards are met
Effectively manage clients so timelines are adhered to and projects are executed properly
Prepare client proposals and internal project-related documentation such as designs/estimates and work orders
Ensure design goals, budgets, and schedules are met for each project
Reconcile budgets and prepare invoices
Advise management on recommended courses of action or areas needing improvement relating to an assigned account
Travel as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.)
2+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role
3+ years of work experience on client side of marketing events
Experience working in corporate marketing for a luxury brand is a plus!
Experience working at a trade show company or experiential marketing - either on the agency or brand side is a plus!
Proficient in Microsoft Office
