our Account Manager position with highly motivated sales closers

Are you ready?
DAY TO DAY
• This is a full-cycle sales role in which you’ll be responsible
for business development, account management, and client
retention.
• You will leverage tools such as Linkedin Sales Navigator,
Outreach, Salesforce, and ZoomInfo.
• Work within a fast-paced, metrics-driven dynamic environment
with a sense of urgency.
• You will be responsible for driving activity and achieving attainable
KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Leverage a proven sales process to engage prospects, lead client
meetings, and effectively close.
• Participate in remote-led, live training program for the first six
months.
• Exceed expectations through your own efforts with unlimited
first-year earning potential through uncapped commission.
• Effectively communicate and lead with a solutions-oriented
mindset.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings designed to foster collaboration
and communication between sales and recruiting teams.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO JOIN MONDO
• Previous sales and business development experience.
• Previous experience working in a metrics driven environment
• Articulate and well-accustomed to a client facing role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Desire to succeed in a performance-driven culture
