Who you are (our ideal candidate):

• Must hold a valid driver’s license and be insurable on company’s insurance policy (clean driving record).
• You have a strong understanding of turf, lawns, and plants, as well as standard landscaping equipment and can instruct others on proper maintenance and usage.
• You are comfortable with technology such as Microsoft Office (particularly word and excel). Experience in QuickBooks is ideal as well.
• You have prior landscape leadership experience and enjoy coaching, leading and developing crews.
• You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the landscape/green industry.

A day in the life of our Landscape Account Manager – Fine Gardening:

• Delegating to maintenance crews each morning; ensuring that all team members understand their assigned tasks.
• Scheduling and budgeting for accounts; reviewing bids and coordinating with vendors on pricing.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Interfacing with clients, vendors, subcontractors and employees.
• Managing and coaching the fine gardening maintenance crews; providing coaching and development as well as handling any progressive disciplinary matters amongst the team.
• Relationship building with clients including anything from addressing client concerns, updating clients on account status, and selling enhancement jobs as services such as fine gardening packages;
