Mds Nurse Jobs

The MDS Nurse plans, organizes, develops, and coordinates Medicare programs. Generous Sign On Bonus. We will train the right Candidate Works closely with clinical and administrative staff regarding Medicare admissions. Responsible for resident chart audits and reports to Nursing Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Administers the Medicare program appropriately.
• Assess eligibility of residents.
• Provide information as requested to Medicare intermediate, Mass Pro, or other insurance providers.
• Complete PRI's when requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee.
• Review Medicare charts to determine coverage, communication on aspects of care to staff for documentation.
