Overview The Senior Executive Human Resources role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the organization. Detailed Job Description The Senior Executive Human Resources is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support the overall business objectives of the organization. This includes developing and executing HR policies, procedures, and programs, as well as providing guidance and support to the HR team. The Senior Executive Human Resources is also responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees, as well as managing employee relations and performance management. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional Human Resources certification (PHR or SPHR)

• Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and training processes
• Knowledge of performance management and employee relations

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources
