We are seeking an Executive Assistant - Hybrid Remote (home/office) who will support our Chief Human Resources Officer, in this position, you will oversee all administrative operations for this key senior executive.
You will function as the Chief of Staff to help this leader prioritize critical issues and information to facilitate effective and efficient decision making. You will provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance and may play the role of advisor to support broader functional objectives.

Your Impact
Working At Our Headquarters Located At The Domain, You Will Be An Instrumental And Valued Extension Of The Efforts Of This Organizational Leader And Their Respective Staff By
  • Managing, organizing, and updating relevant confidential data into documents, reports, presentations and email using computer applications.
  • Creating and editing correspondence, presentations, and surveys.
  • Arranging and participating in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
  • Organizing and executing special business-related projects.
  • Managing incoming calls and visitors for principal(s) to ensure high customer service and responsiveness.
  • Arranging and coordinating complex travel reservations and expense reimbursement.
  • Ordering and maintaining relevant office supplies for effectiveness of personal duties.
  • Building effective working relationships with senior Hanger executives, their teams and other executive assistants to ensure optimal service and office/phone back up plans.
  • Researching and investigating information to enable strategic decision making by others.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of related professional experience directly supporting senior executives on a one-on-one basis with all office administrative needs to include travel coordination, scheduling, and expense reconciliation is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
