Senior Continuous Improvement Manager Jobs

3 – 5 years of experience in a continuous process improvement or business process optimization role

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or equivalent experience

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) products desired.

Change Management – Demonstrated history of successful change implementation and implementing of operational excellence improvements.

Professional Experience – 5 to 10 years total professional experience in a manufacturing environment in progressively responsible roles.

Food or Similar Industry Experience – Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical or CPG industry in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.

Direct the efficient administration of the department and carry out the management responsibilities of planning, controlling, leading subordinates, and reporting

Conduct management review meetings in accordance with ISO 9000 standards

Maintain ANSI, CSA, etc., certification status

8+ years’ work experience in a Quality function

Experience with molding compounding required; experience with Sheet Molding Compound (SMC) highly desirable

Provide leadership and strategic direction across the Casa Grande Vikrell facility, including occasionally interfacing with our customers

Advanced knowledge of structured problem solving (Black Belt certification preferred or similar experience)

Project management skills including scoping, problem statements, goal definition, and timeline management

Experience leading and influencing a team with common or shared goal, providing direction and coaching for performance and development

Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
