5+ years of people management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across the organization with all levels of leadership and management

Prioritizes initiatives based on the strategic objectives of Product Management and the company’s objectives

Act as Product Management subject matter expert for GRC, Financial Reporting and all solutions to share best practices across the company

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.

Knowledge and experience working in an Agile development environment a plus

Product management or solution engineering experience

7+ years experience in partnerships, product, sales, sales engineering or partner marketing at a software company

Experience working with partners in the software development space

Develop partnerships between Atlassian and 3rd parties to promote customer engagement and growth of our respective products

Build broad senior level relationships internally and externally

Develop creative solutions to meet the partner's and Atlassian's goals

Integrate the product line business issues with ongoing client relationship management needs and problem resolution

Manage the onboarding and management of prospect pipeline and supporting negotiation efforts with clients and business partners

Oversee reputation management functions leveraging product development partnerships, internal research team, surveys and social media

Set strategic vision and manage a broad skilled team to handle complex objectives with strategic importance

Architect the go-to-market strategy for franchisees, inclusive of signage, loyalty programs, special events, localized promotions, visual merchandising, and brand partnerships.

Develop pricing strategies and guidelines to maximize profitability while maintaining competitive positioning in the market.
