Remote Product Management Director (Or Vp)

Location: Work 100% remote though ideally you'll live in ET or CT (or be willing to work those hours)
Salary: Ideally 160-200k base + bonus though there is flexibility for higher depending on experience and fit
Skills: MUST have banking or credit union experience, product strategy/vision and leading product teams

What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for a hands on Product Director of VP who will lead and own strategy and vision for our software product but who is still willing to lead from the front, giving direction on how to build software using a customer lens.

• Identify targets for 3rd party partnerships
• Understand and synthesize market place trends
• Develop the product vision and roadmap, identify critical problems to solve, and identify new products for development based on market needs and business goals.
• Create and own a 18-24 month product roadmap where value and ROI are articulated
• Lead and maintain an A Player product team of 7-10
• Identify new business opportunities and develop the process and templates for the business. Work directly with customers to ensure the products we produce meet the needs of the members we support and sell to
• Working across our business, lead the development of a comprehensive product vision by formalizing strategies and building consensus for the execution plans for existing and new products.

What You Need for this Position

• Comfortable leading from the front and still being hands on with product management
• Demonstrated experience tying product roadmap to business goals
• Stellar experience owning product strategy and vision
• Credit Union or Banking experience ESSENTIAL (can be from product management or operations)
• Ideally 5+ yrs leading product teams
