Operations Manager For A Construction Company Jobs

Experience in an operations or management level role in the construction market

Bachelors degree in any relevant industry; construction management, business management (preferred but not essential)

Manage a plethora of residential and commercial projects through all phases to ensure the delivery of a quality service.

Directly manage FP&A resources, mentoring individuals and creating a culture of accountability within FP&A

Create a culture of financial stewardship across the organization through the development of educational tools that increase financial literacy and discipline

Quantitative decision-making skills, while balancing qualitative service to customers

Prior financial services industry experience preferred (wealth management, investment management, broker-dealer, insurance, banking, specialty finance)

Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in finance, FP&A, or business analysis role

Extensive knowledge of financial statements, corporate finance, and accounting principles required

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related area of study is required

Master’s degree in Finance or CFA preferred

3-5 years of experience managing and developing individuals with a strong ability to delegate

Good organizational and time management skills, must be able to adhere to tight deadlines

Advanced knowledge in major social media platforms including, but not limited to Linkedin, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

Experience in marketing for a general contractor preferred

Proven experience as a Graphic Design/Marketing Coordinator

Licensed architect or engineer with 10-15 years of engineering, architecture or construction experience

Preferably consulting and building envelope experience, structural
