Monthly reporting on campaign and content performance.

Ongoing competitor reporting and analysis.

Bachelor’s Degree (Architectural, Construction Management, Engineering, and/or business) or equivalent experience required

10+ years’ diverse experience in commercial construction and project management (Multi-family, Hospitality, Mixed-Use, etc.) required

Outstanding organization and time management skills required

Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Plangrid, or similar management software preferred

Effective leadership style and management of a professional environment required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with staff on all levels

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager

Manage short- and long-term financial projects across the business

Analyze business trends to generate sales and finance forecasts

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or business required; Graduate Degree in related area preferred

Professional certification (such as CPA or CFA) preferred

Minimum 5 years of related work experience

Financial experience in commodity markets and commercial transactions

Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style

Assist with preparation of certain aspects of monthly financial reports and related management discussion & analysis (MD&A)
