Manage expenses to budget constraints

VIRTUAL INBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE JOB QUALIFICATION:

Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate inbound sales pipeline in Hubspot.

Partner with our Mid-Market & Strategic Account Executives to facilitate a smooth hand-off from early qualification to close.

1+ years of sales experience or relevant experience (preferably in SaaS sales with an emphasis on prospecting through high activity level)

Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize with sensitivity to deadlines

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and diplomacy in all interaction

Bonus: experience using Outreach, Salesloft, and/or Hubspot or relevant sales engagement tools

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices – formal training or experience

Educating members and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives regarding their Part D plan benefit.

2+ years of customer service experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Fluency in professional environment with computer navigation, email, chats, typing skills, and toggling across multiple databases while engaging with the caller

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks; and meet monthly call and performance metrics
