Job Description
Job Title: Inbound Sales and Service Representative at Gameday Your Way
Gameday Your Way is the one stop shop for authentic gameday experiences, providing sports and entertainment travel packages for fans of college and professional sports. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Lead to join our fast-paced and growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales and sponsorship revenue for the company, focusing on outbound sales efforts.
Responsibilities
  • Updating and managing all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
  • Educate customers on our products and services and tailor solutions to their unique needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by understanding their needs, building relationships, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with other teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle complaints, refunds, and general customer service inquiries
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Generate new business by communicating with potential customers by answering inbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and text.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Gameday’s service offerings and upsell clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Is metrics-oriented, organized and has a need to win.
  • Has a “can do” attitude and loves to be challenged.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Money driven and a self-starter.
  • Passion for sports and entertainment travel.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software (ActiveCampaign preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing accounts in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time/Seasonal
Pay: Starting at $19/hour + Uncapped Commission (Estimated $300-$500 per week)
