Overview A Human Resources Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of tasks related to the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. They are also responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to employee performance, compensation, and benefits. Detailed Job Description A Human Resources Analyst is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department by performing a variety of tasks related to the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees. They are also responsible for analyzing and interpreting data related to employee performance, compensation, and benefits. This includes researching and analyzing labor market trends, developing and maintaining job descriptions, and creating and maintaining employee records. They must also ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they may be responsible for developing and implementing training programs and providing guidance and support to managers and employees. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. PHR, SHRM-CP, etc.)
Job Knowledge
• Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes
• Knowledge of employee benefits and compensation
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
Job Experience
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Experience in analyzing and interpreting data
• Experience in developing and maintaining job descriptions
