Minimum of 0-2 years of finance or accounting experience

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required

Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to interface to senior levels of an organization

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ad hoc analysis to support management decision-making

Experience with structured finance, including modeling asset debt and tax equity waterfalls structures

Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred

Experience with enterprise cloud financial reporting software

Experience with tools like Vena and OneStream a plus

3+ years with prior investment banking, management consulting, or high caliber finance organization

Extremely strong analytical, financial modeling, communication and presentation skills

This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in the United States.

Support CFO / FP&A Leadership on strategic planning and budgeting processes

Support financial modeling, planning, and reporting for the GTM org, including Monthly / Quarterly / Annual planning and reviews

Provide financial insights to drive success across the GTM organization

Support CFO in developing cost analysis and strategies to recommend business decisions to senior management

Ability to partner across the organization and develop recommendations to senior management

Partner with Operations, Technology development group and sales to develop ROI and cost-benefit analysis

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other quantitative discipline, MBA preferred

Highly skilled in use of information technology such as SAP ERP and Hyperion Financial Management, knowledge of relational databases

Solid working knowledge of GAAP with public company / corporate finance experience

Lead implementation and ongoing management of centralized multi-dimensional ERP and reporting solutions and visualization tools

Provide day-to-day finance leadership for LE FP&A and business partnership for the division’s operating teams to drive business performance

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business-related field required; CPA, CMA

Proven experience applying intellectual curiosity to uncover insights and differentiated outcomes where others could not

15+ years of related FP&A or Finance experience (experience in high growth companies in the food, biotech, consumer or manufacturing preferred).

Ensure accuracy of tracking and improved processes to enable better runway management and cash preservation

Pay may vary depending on factors including job-related knowledge and skills.

Manage an FP&A analyst (to be hired) and provide coaching and development (as well as production of reports and analysis).

BS/BA in Finance, Engineering, or Accounting, MBA preferred.

Strong Excel/Google numbers skills required, as is Powerpoint or Google slides proficiency

Experience with process improvement and/or change management

Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirements are met by facilitating and coordinating financial analysis efforts across multiple internal customers

Recruit, mentor, and develop Finance talent within the organization

7+ years in a finance leadership role, preferably with international reach across multiple service types

Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA

10+ years of financial analysis and strategic planning experience in a global environment

Responsibility for period updates, financial performance and management reporting and communications.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field

Problem solving skills a must

10+ years of analytical work. Prior specific financial planning experience is a bonus.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Strong communication and presentation skills

6+ years of hands-on Finance/Accounting experience, consulting experience a plus

This position is located in Bellevue, WA. It is not remote and will require at least 3 days in office.

Work with teams across the enterprise, including Finance, Accounting and Business Partners to provide reporting solutions to drive enterprise financial results.

Bachelor or Master’s in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or relevant quantitative discipline
