The Role

Reporting to Anuj Aggarwal (CFO), and based in our Chandler, Arizona headquarters, the Cost and FP&A Manager will be responsible for company wide costing, inventory and financial planning and analysis.

Specific responsibilities will include:

• Reconciling beginning raw materials, work-in progress and finished-goods stock
• Partner with Operations, Technology development group and sales to develop ROI and cost-benefit analysis
• Support CFO in developing cost analysis and strategies to recommend business decisions to senior management
• Develop cost of goods sold and production reports to automate analyses and ensure accuracy of data.
• Performing month-end cost activities and supporting audit tasks including: variance analysis explanations, inventory unit reconciliation and gross margin sensitivity analysis.
• Work with CFO and executive team to develop Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly estimates. Further partner with team to ensure team meet or exceeds AOP.
• Lead audit support ensuring cost of goods sold (cogs), gross margin (gm) and product cost is accurate and controls are effective.

• CPA or Power BI skills a positive but not required.
• Ability to partner across the organization and develop recommendations to senior management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable and credible with internal stakeholders and external audiences
• Experience with accounting and ERP systems (SAP or similar), advanced Excel skills, proficiency in Word and PowerPoint, comfortable with remote access and collaboration technology (Teams, SharePoint)
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or other quantitative discipline, MBA preferred
• Driven individual that takes ownership and drives results by effectively partnering, developing financial analysis and influencing internal and external partners
• Unquestionable ethics – treats people with respect; keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; works with integrity
