Overview Employee Communications Specialists are responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to engage and inform employees. They create and manage internal communications plans, develop content for newsletters, intranet, and other internal communication channels, and provide guidance and support to employees on internal communication initiatives. Detailed Job Description Employee Communications Specialists are responsible for developing and executing internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees. They create and manage internal communications plans, develop content for newsletters, intranet, and other internal communication channels, and provide guidance and support to employees on internal communication initiatives. They also work with other departments to ensure that internal communications are aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Employee Communications Specialists must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and project management skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Job Skill Requirements• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of internal communication best practices
• Knowledge of employee engagement strategies
• Ability to develop creative and engaging content
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
