The Director of Finance Operations Manufacturing

Monthly review, analysis and coordination with Plant Controller of key reserve requirements

Oversee Procurement Finance from a manufacturing

Month-end close of the manufacturing costs [COGS, Operational variances, efficiencies, inventory, etc.]

Assist Operations/Warehouse teams on risks and opportunities to drive inventory accuracy

Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives and procedures, conferring with the executive members, management team and staff as necessary.

Strong communication from executive management, including interactive quarterly discussions on strategic progress.

Manage and supervise staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.

Determine staffing requirements and oversee the interview, hiring and training of new employees with the assistance of departments.

Ensure that all staff receives appropriate training on job duties, corporate policies and applicable regulations.

Manage the manufacturing function to provide value and innovation to the production area.

· Minimum of 10 years of experience in key leadership/management roles at a manufacturing company

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or another related field

· Strong hands-on experience using MRP/ERP software systems and maintenance systems.

Previous plant management experience preferred

The successful candidate's duties and responsibilities will encompass the following:

A production related or engineering related four year degree is required

Pay is up to $110,000 annually

Experience in areas of strategic planning, business development, financial management, program development, quality improvement and project management
