Overview The Administrative and Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and human resources support to the organization. This includes providing administrative assistance to the HR department, managing employee records, and providing support to the HR team. Detailed Job Description The Administrative and Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and human resources support to the organization. This includes providing administrative assistance to the HR department, managing employee records, and providing support to the HR team. The Administrative and Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, including filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks. The Administrative and Human Resources Assistant will also be responsible for managing employee records, including updating employee information, tracking employee attendance, and ensuring employee records are up to date. The Administrative and Human Resources Assistant will also provide support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and providing other administrative support. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least two years of experience in an administrative or human resources role
• Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures
