Job Description
The Human Resource Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance for administration and support to human resource department as needed. Engage and help manage the company’s day to day human resources operation.


  • Experience 1+ Years
  • Track and update employee general and relevant information
  • Be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Review and assist with filling out 1-9 Forms
  • Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
  • Enter employment data in computer base
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • 1 year of experience supporting with Human Resources/ benefits
  • Must be an exceptionally polished professional
  • Compiling documents for meetings
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assists the manager with HR projects
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Composing and preparing correspondence
  • Answer phones for the HR department
  • Provides clerical and operation support to other human resources staff
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Assists in processing, maintaining and managing confidential personnel files
