Intermediate-to-expert understanding of identity and asset management solutions like Intune, Jamf, AzureAD, and Okta.

Coordinate the disposal of obsolete equipment in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Ensure secure and timely shipping of laptops and equipment to remote employees or other office locations.

Update knowledge base articles to help reduce resolution time for recurring issues.

Recommend enhancements to improve user experience, security posture, and system performance.

Prior experience in server administration, with a focus on monitoring, patching, incident and problem management

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and VMware virtualization administration

Hands-on experience in Windows Active Directory, DNS, DC, Data Base, WSUS, and File server configuration and administration

Very good knowledge of Network Administration, and Familiar with Firewall and load balancer(F5) configuration and administration

The Candidate must possess the minimum Education / Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in related field or Associates Degree (A.A./A.S.) in a related field or at minimum Information Technology (IT) Certification.

Two (2) years of Windows System administrator experience in current operating systems

Experience in installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc

Experience in performing software upgrades and patch implementation

Candidate must possess strong oral communication and written comprehension capabilities.
