Optomi, in partnership with a global leader in securing financial services, is seeking an experienced System Administrator/Implementation Analyst! The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting product software implementation and installation within client environments. The right candidate will have extensive Windows System Administration and SQL Server experience, as well as strong customer service and communication skills!

Responsibilities of the right candidate:

• Basic network troubleshooting and systems administration such as resolving network errors and firewall issues.
• Resolve complex application issues leverage broad skillset to include systems, networking and database knowledge.
• Work with customers to examine current infrastructure and providing guidance for optimal product operation.
• Provide outstanding customer service to highly technical clients throughout implementation cycle.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and other I.T. Staff.
