Verifies patient specific benefits and precisely documents specifics for various payer plans including patient coverage, cost share, and access/provider options.

Manage, lead, and develop the Benefits team to ensure a positive and effective customer service experience.

Manage operating procedures for administration and enforcement of benefits, PTO/DTO, LOA/FMLA, and other policies.

10 years' experience in benefits plans, with a demonstrated track record of success in plan design and administration.

Exceptional leadership, relationship, and communication skills, with the ability to work with local and remote employees.

Experience managing 401k Investment Committee meetings and administering benefits plans for all acquisitions.

Define, design, implement, and evaluate benefit programs and policies to maintain cost, quality, service, and process controls.

Experience with Major Medical Insurance

Perform benefit verifications through the medical and pharmacy benefits

Partner with Accounts Receivable to resolve benefit issues

Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment

Submit and obtain Prior Authorizations with insurance companies

People Management/experience of leading others.

Optimizes Benefits work group resources (skills, utilization, and cooperation)

Develops and presents statistical reports on requested subjects to senior management and OSHA, as necessary.

Expertise in benefit strategy with an operational background; experience of accruals, designs and modelling

Preferred: PHR or equivalent HR/Benefits certification.
