Job Description

As my client drives forward into its next phase of growth there is a need to enhance our US benefits strategy with a new expert with global exposure, who can confidently shape our Benefits strategy, particularly with disruptive healthcare and leave plans aimed at attracting and retaining the best talent in our industry.

Working strategically within a PE-backed business, you will be depended on to design and execute up to and including board-level compensation committee. We are proud to say you will have the ability to sell ideas to business leaders and create meaningful interventions, relevant to the business agenda that the leadership then adopts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a valuable and highly regarded advisor to the leader of the Reward and Benefits Center of Excellence (CoE).

• Develop innovative and forward-thinking plans for Reward and Benefits programs.

• Enhance the leadership and management skills of business stakeholders through coaching, collaboration, influencing strategies, and team-building efforts.

• Foster strong partnerships with People team counterparts worldwide to ensure that Reward and Benefits initiatives are comprehensively understood, effectively implemented, and continuously refined throughout the organization.


What we look for/who would prosper in this role?

• Preferably, a degree or certification in HR/People management (or an equivalent qualification).

• Relevant experience as a global Reward and Benefits business partner in a mid-sized enterprise.

• Experience working in a global matrixed organization.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and effectively.

• Capable of representing People initiatives and messages to all levels of management and employees.

• Experience leading a CoE in both public and private organizations.

• Ability to influence and establish credibility with leaders at all levels of the organization.

• Demonstrated capability to manage change positively in a complex environment.

• Excellent relationship-building skills, including a good understanding of different cultures and how to work effectively with them to achieve results.
