Overview A Utility Coordinator is responsible for managing the utility services for a company or organization. This includes overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of utility systems, as well as monitoring energy usage and costs. The Utility Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring that all utility services are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Detailed Job Description The Utility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of all utility systems, including water, gas, electricity, and waste disposal. This includes ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that all necessary repairs are made in a timely manner. The Utility Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring energy usage and costs, and ensuring that all utility services are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, the Utility Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing energy efficiency initiatives, and for providing technical support to other departments. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• At least three years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of utility systems, including water, gas, electricity, and waste disposal
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to utility services
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair utility systems
• Ability to monitor energy usage and costs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement energy efficiency initiatives
