Principles and practices of developing management plans and efficiency ordinances;
Conduct site evaluations and audits for overall efficiency and conservation management purposes; and

Detailed Job Description The Utility Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of all utility systems, including water, gas, electricity, and waste disposal. This includes ensuring that all systems are functioning properly and that all necessary repairs are made in a timely manner. The Utility Coordinator is also responsible for monitoring energy usage and costs, and ensuring that all utility services are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, the Utility Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing energy efficiency initiatives, and for providing technical support to other departments. Job Skills Required
