Overview:
Total Rewards Coordinators are responsible for managing and administering employee compensation and benefits programs. They work with Human Resources staff to ensure that all employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits packages. They also work with other departments to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed. They must be knowledgeable about the latest trends in compensation and benefits and be able to provide advice and guidance to employees. How To Become an Total Rewards Coordinator jobs ? To become a Total Rewards Coordinator, you must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. You should also have experience in the field of human resources, such as working in a compensation or benefits department.
