About the Role:
The Sr. Director Total Rewards and HR Operations will provide thought leadership in designing and overseeing Total Rewards and HR Operations strategies across executive and broad-based compensation, incentives, and benefit plans. You will be an active member of People Leadership Team and the Global Rewards Leadership Team while serving as a key business partner to key leaders across the Heineken USA, Regional Offices, Heineken Canada, and the Lagunitas Brewery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead expatriate program to deliver immigration, relocation, compensation, and tax filing to global assignees temporarily in and tethered to the US.
- Support performance and development of four direct reports: HR Compliance and Analytics Director, HR Operations and Payroll Manager, Compensation and Incentives Director and Benefits and Employee Recognition Manager.
- Direct job/position analysis and classification services, including support of organizational structure, participating in, and leveraging national compensation surveys to analyze competitive pay and benefits trends.
- Develop and oversee all major components of the company’s compensation, and benefits strategies throughout employee life cycle, including salary management, short-term and long-term incentives, executive allowances, healthcare and disability, work-life benefits, severance, and retirement plans.

- Direct fleet leasing strategy for sales, including vehicle procurement, assignment and repairs while enhancing driver safety through compliance, training, and telematics.
- Oversee HRIS strategy, accurate administration, record-keeping and governance of payroll, benefit plans, leave policies, and regulatory filings, in compliance with Federal, State and Local requirements.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of benefit plan design and management
- Solid foundation of reward and recognition theory
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years people leadership experience
- Extensive knowledge of Compensation & Benefits required, including executive compensation, sales compensation, and management incentives
- 10+ years of relevant Human Resources experience required
- Prior experience working with and influencing senior/top management personnel
- Experience with implementation and communication of compensation and benefit programs

- $200 Monthly Beverage Allowance
- Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $220,000 + Annual Bonus
- Vacation – 20 Days Paid Vacation & Unlimited Sick Days
