Role Overview:
Korn Ferry has partnered with an excellent nonprofit organization on their search for a Total Rewards Director. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to lead the Total Rewards function within the People & Culture team. This person will be responsible for overseeing the management, design, communication, compliance, and administration of benefit, wellbeing, compensation, and HRIS programs, all done through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This person will serve as a true strategic partner who will provide support, guidance, and advice on all total rewards projects, as well as strategic decision making on new initiatives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide administration of benefit programs, including health and welfare, retirement, PTO, leave, etc.
- Manage competitive compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, incentives, rewards and recognition, job evaluation and classification, benchmarking and survey participation, and pay equity
- Partner with leadership to design the overall total rewards strategy in alignment with company objectives
- Additional projects as necessary
- Provide enrollment materials, prepare and conduct benefit conference calls, revise benefit summaries and orientation documents
- Lead the development and management of HRIS systems and enhance reporting and analytic capabilities. Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Requirements:
- Significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation programs across multiple states
- 3+ years management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of issues associated with diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility and demonstrated efforts to assess programs and practices and eliminate the potential for bias and inequities
- Experience working in a nonprofit organization is helpful but not required
- Bachelor’s degree; CEBS, CCP and/or CBP designation is a plus
- Comprehensive knowledge of benefits programs and experience working with external vendor
- Demonstrated change management and project management experience
- 7+ years Total Rewards design and administration experience
