A Mesquite based gold mine company is hiring for a Mid-level IT Systems Administrator, full time, onsite, with occasional hybrid flexibility. They have seven gold mines with a clear plan to grow & diversify from a single-asset developer to a multi-mine producer, advancing towards producing one million ounces of gold annually. This IT Systems Administrator role is responsible for, but not limited to, management, monitoring, project coordination, design, deployment, and operation, of IT/OT infrastructure. This role is also responsible for project management of infrastructure related projects (server upgrades, networking architecture, etc.), performing research on new technologies, and making recommendations for implementation.
Required Skills & Experience

• Microsoft365 Administration
• Back up & Recovery Systems
• Windows Server
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Virtualization (VMWare)

• Veeam BackUp
• Experience with mobile devices (pref. VoIP phones)
